Urenco Capenhurst TMF Project [Nuclear]

Provision of project and package management services at the TMF project, with responsibility for the installation of all process pipework and equipment in the B11 & B12 buildings. This was an extremely complex recovery project which created many challenging project interfaces with both client stakeholders and those of additional external recovery projects. This project required extensive planning and the implementation of detailed work packs with responsibility for the motivation and direction of all on-site supervision and labour. The recovery of this project was highly successful with the B11 & B12 building being operational ahead of the completion of any ‘C’ buildings.
